Any business relationship requires good communication and that is where our projects all start, with understanding our clients needs. | Over the years we have developed a way of working that we find ensures the successful completion of our clients’ projects, on time and on budget. - Site Visit: Following first contact we prefer to meet each client on site so that we can discuss each project in the context of it’s own setting. This visit also allows us to see, first hand, the trading patterns of existing retail operations and the commercial potential of new developments.
- Planning: For new-build projects still at an early planning, or even a conceptual stage, it is sometimes helpful to work remotely at first so that we can offer our recommendations in regard to decisions on unit location and unit size. With plans for new buildings this is often also a useful time to discuss key structural elements such as doors, windows and columns, any or all of which, if sited incorrectly, could impact significantly on the efficiency and therefore also the commercial success of the development.
- Design: Once we have gathered this initial information the designer assigned to the project will discuss with you your brief suggesting styling options and offering layout and planning recommendations as appropriate.
- Project management: Draft layout plans, visuals and budget costings are usually prepared within 10 – 14 working days of receiving a client brief, depending on the complexity of the project, and, following any amendments and client approval, work can usually start on site within 4 – 6 weeks.
- Completion: Most shopfitting system projects are completed within the same week in which they have been started.
- After sales: Snagging is an issue that we attach great importance to and, should there be any outstanding items at the end of the main installation period, we will do our utmost to resolve these items as quickly as possible and in a manner that causes minimal disruption, if any.
